Permanent Roof Featured by Title 24 Roof Coating Manufacturer

Tropical Roofing Products, who manufacture Title 24 roof coatings, has featured Permanent Roof’s work in their brochure.  Title 24 roof‘s are  Cool roofs that are highly reflective, made with highly emissive roofing materials that stay 50 to 60 degrees F cooler than a normal roof under a hot summer sun.

Permanent Roof applied the coating over a 19 year old smooth surfaced torch applied roof system on a Condo building in West Los Angeles. By using the Title 24 roof coating, Permanent Roof was able to extend the life of the roof system by 10 years.
