Permanent Roof put new roofing paper on the Spanish tile roof and on the flat roof portion of my house about 30 years ago. I've had no problems with it. Flat roofs don't last that long, so they've come to redo that portion.

I recently had the house tented to fumigate for termites and they came out to fix broken tiles afterwards. They took pictures and showed me what needed to be done. Nice people. Easy to work with.
